Overview:

The position of Valvoline Instant Oil Change's Vehicle Safety Inspector includes ensuring the road safety of our clients by delivering top-notch customer service while performing straightforward vehicle maintenance services. Our training program will empower you with the knowledge and hands-on experience to carry out procedures such as battery testing and replacement, fluid checks, oil changes, tire rotation, light and wiper inspection, 18-point safety assessment, and more

Responsibilities:

• Create a memorable experience for guests by providing personalized and attentive service.
• Follow a strict maintenance schedule to ensure that vehicles are always in tip-top shape.
• Inspection and replacement of lights and wipers is essential for visibility and safety. It is essential to have these parts working correctly, especially in adverse weather conditions.
• Combine efforts to offer speedy, uncomplicated, and trustworthy services to guests.
• Promote diversity within the workplace and create an environment that is welcoming to all individuals regardless of their ethnicity, gender identity, or socioeconomic backgrounds.

Requirements:

• A thirst for learning, a genial approach, and a wish to be a member of a team that values putting customers first
• Competency to maintain an upright stance for periods that span up to 8 hours, scale and descend sets of stairs, and every now and then lift objects as heavy as 50 pounds
• The liberty to move easily into a range of positions, including crouching, bending, twisting, and performing activities with hands held overhead
• Adaptable in a non-air-conditioned workplace
• Comprehensive English language skills encompassing reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
