Banquet Server

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team in providing exceptional service at various events. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly.
• Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns during events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Help with the breakdown of events, including cleaning up and resetting the venue for future use.
• Uphold high standards of culinary presentation and hospitality throughout the event.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
• Experience in bartending or coffee service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
