Position: Consumer Support Specialist
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday - Monday 10-hour day shifts, if 8-hour shifts are preferred, the additional workdays would be Thursday or Tuesday
Location: Northeast Portland
Job Duties:
- Provide E-commerce support via phone, email, website inquiries, or chat
- Review and respond to customer inquiries, problems, returns and initiate actions or solutions for repair, replacement and return per company policy
- Maintain superior customer service and support in a professional, polite, helpful, and timely manner
