Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
Key Performance Indicators
- Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Acknowledge and respond to customer feedback and concerns.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing transactions and handling customer purchases/returns.
- Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals.
Requirements
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changing priorities.
- Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
