Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Summary: This is a B2B role, it is not commissioned. It is working on a small team of (6) team members.

Job description:
• Responsible for outbound lead generation, qualifying leads, and transitioning high-potential prospects to the sales team.
• Handle inbound lead qualification, order entry, and account management for lower-potential accounts.
• Grow sales through acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and upselling within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with outside sales to maximize regional sales potential and track profitability.
• Act as a liaison between departments and customers, providing support and promoting brand awareness with the highest level of service.

• Direct sales or distribution sales in packaging or similar industry

• Sales management software

Requirements:
• Must have recent inside sales experience in logistics or packaging
• Must be proficient with ERPs, CRMS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
