Plans directs and coordinates manufacturing processes: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Confers with management, quality, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Ideally 1-3 years experience manufacturing/aerospace planning experience

- Open to someone from the production floor within Aerospace (Machinist, Quality Assurance, Assembler) looking to step into an office/aerospace planning role

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

 A high school diploma is a must, some colleges preferred.

 Proficiency with MS Office.

 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Manufacturing process specifications. Must have extensive experience in this area.

 Knowledge of materials/metals.

 Accurate interpretation of detail and assembly engineering drawings and CAD models/model-based definition.

 Enovia or similar CAD systems.

 Understand Boeing Commercial specifications

 Understands the AS9100

 Understands F.A.I.R process AS9102

 Knowledge of GD&T

 Initiate ELR

 Evaluate EDR (Electronic Document Review)

 Proficient troubleshooting skills to be lean and efficient
