Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Seattle/Overland Park, Kansas (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Configure and manage HR Case Management, HR Services/Topics, ACLs, HR profiles, Journeys, UI Builder, EC Pro, Lifecycle Events, Content Management, and PDF Document Templates.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Develop, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views for IT leadership.
• Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI components, and business rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and implement business requirements.
• Provide training materials, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles for internal teams.
Required Skills & Certifications:
• Experience with HRSD-related projects, including Workday, SuccessFactors, reports, lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR Agent Workspace, Agent Chat, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Employee Center and Employee Center Pro.
• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App for HRSD.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques.
• Understanding of HRSD industry use cases across utilities, telecom, and healthcare sectors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD.
