Remote Food And Beverage Supply Chain Planner

The biggest Food and Beverage company located in Seattle, WA is looking for a sharp, detail-orientated individual who can provide a mix of developing strategic supply plans, establishing inventory levels, and ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand. This position is an entry/intermediate level position to get your foot in the door with one of the most successful, highly sought, ethical, and diverse Food and Beverage company within the international world.

This role is to resolve issues between invoicing, receiving, and purchase order issues by and to suppliers. In addition to troubleshooting, you will make sure that the inventory levels are accurate to demand forecasts. This encompasses developing strategic supply plans, establishing inventory appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring that products move through the production phase steadily and easily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve quantity issues between invoicing, receiving, and purchase order issues by and to suppliers.

• Engage with Accounts Payable (through Outlook and Teams), suppliers, and multiple inventory site locations to obtain shipping documents and resolve shipping discrepancies.

• Resolve high volume and time sensitive reconciliation of products (Backlogging and ongoing) .

• Invoice Discrepancy Management

• Work on inventory review and sustaining inventory supply

• Assist with placing orders and coordinate inventory levels between suppliers

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Supply Chain experience as a Supply Planner or equivalent experience

• B.A. in Supply Chain/Business/or equivalent field

• 2-3 years of equivalent ERP/MRP experience

• 2-3 years of Tableau, Power BI, or some sort of equivalent reporting tool

• 2-3 years of Microsoft Excel

Nice-to-have Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience as a Supply Planner or equivalent experience

• M.A. in Supply Chain/Business/or equivalent field

• 3+ years of equivalent ERP/MRP experience

• 3+ years of Tableau, Power BI, or some sort of equivalent reporting tool

• 3+ years of Microsoft Excel

• Experience or familiarity with demand forecasting
