Job Title : Customer Obsession Specialist

This position requires you to obsess over our customers, create lasting relationships, and enjoy speaking with women in all stages of life.

Job Description :

• Use our CRM platform to answer emails, phone calls, and chat tickets.


• Have authentic conversations with customers and make them feel valued.


• Responsible for managing, prioritizing, and finding solutions to all customer inquiries, and knowing when to escalate the issue to the direct supervisor.


• Complete work assignments within assigned deadlines and with minimal errors to ensure the best customer experience.


• Identify and analyze facts, weigh options and risks to determine the best course of action to exceed the expectations of our customers, while keeping the Pink Stork mission and core values in mind.


• Willingly assist other departments or team members with job assignments, activities, and any other items, as needed.


• Strong knowledge of managing social media including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Pinterest.


• Responsible for going above and beyond for all customers.

Job Requirements :

• 1 year in retail or customer service.


• Knowledge about women’s health, specifically fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing stages of life.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a positive outlook and attitude.


• Must be highly motivated, passionate, and a team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.


• Able to personally provide a high level of proactive service to targeted customer base / market, building relationships and acting as an internal company advocate.


• Able to effectively and persuasively communicate verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner while being conversational.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision to plan, schedule, and organize professional schedules to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.


• Strong knowledge of social media and brand tone. Flexible schedule to allow for coverage outside of 9-5.
