Had to check it out for myself! Phenomenal facility, state-of-the-art robotics center and squeeky clean! I felt Security was totally on point as well. Staff Trainers are very nice but made a ton of irking faux pases! The first lady was way too excessive in language to communicate #Amazon corporate information and directives! "EXCESSIVE PROFANITY" should never be a commonality of a NEW HIRE ORIENTATION...WHYYY DID THEY HIRE HEEER?! She conducted herself waaay too streetwise ergo "ghetto" in a professional leadership role. The next guy from HR just looked slovenly, started his whole presentation saying he was "going to bore us" - last thing any of us needed to hear after sitting on those hard chairs for 4hrs and standing in line an hour just to get a badge to enter the building. 😡 #Ridiculousness TBH his presentation actually was EXTREMELY GOOD!!!! While the hands-on trainer in robotics was doing it for the first time and confused everyone, explained stupid ways to outsmart the managers to break rules plus repeated things from earlier videos. ANNOYING 😨 The job description does not always clearly explain enough of the duties but the earlier trainer Shail reviewed what we were really going to be doing --after everyone became upset that they were being recruiter for a job they didn't have a clue about. Finally, the dude with the locked hair that did the facility tour was my best experience there!!! He was thorough, professional and personable! I could not believe he's only been there a few months...PROMOTE HIM. HE definitely is A ROLE MODEL for corporate success and understanding the assignment!!! Nooow, I understand why most ppl always apply but in the end say they hated working there. It can be overwhelming with rules, while you see associates AND managers breaking rules. You have to enjoy what you, the work environment and leadership to want to stay! MONEY AIN'T EVERYTHING.

If you need good money this is the place to be. If you hate walking this isn't the place to be. I hate this place. They had me walking to the 5th floor every night so I lift...
